4-Year Plan

We've mapped out a 4-year plan for our Art or Music Education majors. We encourage you to follow this plan to help you stay track to graduate on time.

In addition to the test score requirement for admission into the Teacher Preparation Program, all Secondary Education majors must pass all Praxis requirements by May 1st if you are anticipating Residency I in the Fall semester or December 1st if you are anticipating Residency I in the Spring semester. Learn more about Teacher Residency requirements.

NOTE: The academic catalog represents a bona fide effort at an accurate description of the facilities, curricula, and course offerings of the undergraduate programs of the University in effect at the time of its publication, but it is not a contract, or an offer to contract, which may be accepted by enrolling in the University. The University reserves the right to make changes in the arrangements described herein without notice. You must take the initiative in ascertaining and meeting the requirements of the particular program/concentration in which you are enrolled.

Your catalog is based on the semester you enrolled in the program or re-entered the program.

The course offerings and requirements of the institution are continually under examination and revision, therefore the institution reserves the right to make changes as required in course offerings, curricula, academic policies, and other rules and regulations. These changes will govern current and formerly enrolled students. Enrollment of all students is subject to these conditions.
